Books and Bonus Novella. It’s like this on and off thing. This book was very hard for me to review. Aaron loved to read as a small child and would often be found behind a book, reading one to three a day on average. Overall, it was a good book, with solid and enjoyable plot. I love Airel in this story, but Michael not so much. We’ve sat on the edge of of seat, white knuckle gripping the book, while the lovers fight side by side.

View all 5 comments. The Gryphon Series Boxed Set. As for Michael, he’s a good character but I can’t say I have a clear picture of him in my head. She witnesses a murder and has a creepy guy stalking her and all sorts of things will happen to her as the book progresses but I can’t tell you what. The ending was the best!
At first everything seems kinda detached. Aug 23, Gina – Behind the Pages rated it really liked it Shelves: Oh but there are some that are really stunning. The crazy thing is that all of a sudden Airel becomes more and more beautiful – not a flaw in sight, upon her skin or hair, wounds suddenly heal within seconds and aadon of all – a killer is on the loose, claiming to know “what” Airel is.

Preview — Airel by Aaron M. This aaroj was a bit slow to start off with but then it did gradually pick up pace. One moment the illustrations are vivid, magical and enchanting.
I couldn’t even bring myself to continue reading it past the first 6 or so chapters.

Not very helpful, ya know? Kreios is an ancient warrior, lovingstrong and fierce and I really enjoyed reading his story. The next best thing is reviewing books and sharing them with others. Not to mention it has a fantastic airwl She occasionally dabbles with her own fiction writing, particularly with the Young Adult and Paranormal genres.

The Airel Saga by Aaron M. Patterson
Chris White has an award for reading books in one school year – from the 3rd grade. I was very surprised at how well they were able to go back and forth in time, without it feeling forced or contrived. I especially enjoyed how it’s told in dual, past and present, point-of-views.

I also had difficulty connecting with Airel.
When Airel and Michael are both taken captive, the mysterious Kale—the man from the movie theatre—begins to educate Airel on her heritage. The story felt like it was being dragged out unnecessarily. I did not personally succumb to tears, but it did touch my heart.
